A vector image is created in Illustrator or Corel and can be saved as an .eps file. Vector files allow us to have nice, crisp images to use for printing.

For traditional screen printing there is a charge for each color that is used and each different location that is used. For instance, a shirt with two colors on the front and two colors on the back will cost a little more than a shirt with only one color on the front and one color on the back.

For embroidery and digital direct-to-garment printing you can use full color images at no additional charge. Embroidery is priced according to the number of stitches in the image.

Screen printing and embroidery orders are completed in 6-8 business days following final approval of artwork. Digital direct-to-garment printing orders are completed in 3-5 days. If a quicker turn is needed this can be determined on a job by job basis.

Rush orders are sometimes possible and can be discussed on an order by order basis. Give us a holler so we can check the production schedule and let you know if a rush order can be inserted.

For screenprinting, the minimum is 12 pieces. The minimum for embroidery and direct-to-garment printing is one.

Digital direct-to-garment printing is a printing method that allows us to print in full color directly on t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, etc. Our machine has the capability to print white ink. That allows us to print vivid and detailed full color images on dark shirts.

This printing method also allows us to print variable data shirts. For instance, shirts that have a team photo on each shirt but a different name for each player. Direct-to-garment is perfect for one or more shirts and for small orders with full color images or text.

At this time the item needs to be at least 50% cotton. In January 2017 we will have new inks that will allow us to print on performance wear or 100% polyester items.
